I found a Exploding Rule B026/S1.
Here is a common little spaceship:
`x = 4, y = 2, rule = B026/S13bo\$obo!`

And a replicator:
`x = 6, y = 6, rule = B026/S14bo\$5bo\$2bo\$3bo\$o\$bo!`

I've found a rake, too.
`x = 6, y = 9, rule = B026/S14bo\$5bo\$2bo\$3bo\$o\$bo3\$o!`

Naming this rule "Exploding Rule" is like naming a cat "Feline". Not as bad as calling it "Rule", but you should pick a better name.

The two weird growths you have found are failed cubic growths: they are replicators hitting p2s to become rakes.
Life is hard. Deal with it.

I think this rule is Turing complete. We have guns, reflectors and glider duplicators, and it is easy to build an "a and not b" gate. See http://www.conwaylife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3053
