Moosey just posted some findings, some possibly old, at the MDIOCA. However, it includes a memory cell, theoretically enough (in combination with existing technologies) to prove Turing-completeness in theory. (See posts.)

The only problem is that TOGGLE has a lucridously slow repeat time.
Some of these things are probably known, but the memory cell is, well, a memory cell, and perhaps the first in savanna.
I especially like it since READ doesn’t change the state of the cell.
