I found this while scribbling in Golly.

Notice the top left art (used to be a highway) is cut off.
This pattern has period ~90856.

I thought there were no oscillators in Langton's Ant?

It is only known that the ant's trajectory is always unbounded regardless of the initial configuration[4] – this is known as the Cohen–Kung theorem.[5]

The proof of the Cohen–Kung theorem relies on there only being one ant in the universe (which corresponds to the head of the 2D Turing machine which Langton's Ant represents). Because there are two ants in your pattern the theorem doesn't apply.

This also works(I found this osc before), but lower period:
x = 14, y = 6, rule = Langtons-Ant

@test, your oscillator is better than me, because your oscillator use lots of Langtons-Ant technology, but my oscillator is just two Langtons-Ant run ramdomly, without the "highway" or something interesting.

I found a 2c/16 in Langton's Ant once, but it required a buggy emulator (http://rossscrivener.co.uk/projects/langtons-ants/) that allowed 4 ants on the same location at once.

EDIT: Of course, one can make an arbitrarily high period 2 ant oscillator:

2 ant osc that "shoots" highways at the other one periodically, arbitrarily high periods in 2 ants only.
