I'm not sure if there is a generalised "3G collision script" - I only know of the CGoL specific ones which have been used to enumerate 3G collisions in Life. I don't know if they are easily adapted to other rules, or if they are public.
I can however run my 4G collision apgsearch hack with this rule. Here are a few early results from that method:

Edit: I should note that some collisions will be invalid because some closely spaced glider pairs in Life are invalid in SmokingLife (due to B2i), and the program which generates the 4G collisions assumes the rule is Life.
