Unused Forum IDs

I assume I'm allowed to post this, but I don't know

These three are just weird:

viewforum.php?f=5
viewforum.php?f=6
viewforum.php?f=14

And this one is probably some sort of announcement/admin forum, since I cannot access it:

viewforum.php?f=10

Yep, the way these forums work is that each of the "categories" of forums also get a forum ID (so those first three IDs you posted are the three different forum categories). The last one is indeed a private forum for moderators/administrators.
