Challenge: Find a rule with two, distinct slope knightships (they can be extensible but you must have another type to get up to 2) WITHOUT using external software. Those who complete this task will be listed here:

Sadly I do not count, as I used LLS to find the push reaction for the adjustable slopes and other knightships. I believe 2718281828 did the same, but I am not 100% sure. Does any size ship count?
Things to work on:
- Find a (7,1)c/8 ship in a Non-totalistic rule (someone please search the rules)
- Find a C/10 in JustFriends
- Find a C/10 in Day and Night

There are plenty of B2c rules with spaceships; in fact, Snowflakes, easily the most engineering-rich isotropic non-totalistic rule, is one of them:

And just to make it a bit more of a challenge, here's a phoenix ship in a rule with B2c but no B2a:
`x = 5, y = 5, rule = B2-an3ajr4jk5c/S2o\$2bo\$4bo\$2bo\$bobo!`

Proof that it's naturally occurring.

As for the 1st challenge, I suspect synthesis of that still life is well beyond reach of currently known techniques, but what do I know?

To make it more of a challenge, can we find a p3 c/3 ship in a rule with B2c but no B2a or S2a?
My 1st challenge is just a easy problem to make fun. However, my problem still life has many island. Can we synthesis it apart?
Still confuse about 1st and improved 2nd.

Some limits on object size and bounding box size would be good. Here's a replicator plus single object that stabilizes at T = six million three thousand and something or other:

Here's a 9498:

A lot of eater positions seem to produce a long stretch of asymmetric ash, which eventually turns symmetrical -- but then it seems like you get unlimited novelty, with no stabilization except maybe in some rare case where the replicator drills back through to the asymmetrical part again (?). Example:

`x = 16, y = 13, rule = B36/S232b2o\$3bo\$3o\$o5\$13b3o\$12bo2bo\$11bo3bo\$11bo2bo\$11b3o!`

I think that's the one I ran past a million without seeing stability -- though the replicator managed to drill a surprisingly deep hole in the symmetric ash at one point.
