Sure, it might be new, but it's hard to tell because it isn't (as far as I can see) in a category that anyone even tries to keep a collection of.
If you wave a block around in front of a B-heptomino (or a pi, R, century, Herschel, etc.) in the
Seeds of Destruction Game, you can pretty quickly turn up an unmanageable number of examples where you get the same active object out, plus some amount of mess -- all about equally interesting (or uninteresting).
The really interesting ones are the rare
reburnable fuses, where there's no extra junk left over, and the objects that are burned by the fuse reappear in the same relative positions (maybe with an offset).
