Yes sure - I don't have it so would you mind sending me the required COLORs and Grid settings?

In this image, the alive seems to be 0000FE and the dead white; I haven't checked what colour the grid is yet. Also, no gradient.

The image on this page has a darker blue ALIVE colour but also shows the grid lines.

I've added a Life32 Theme. I actually think the original had black on white but I've left it as blue for now.

The Caterer Generations theme seems a bit off. For Generations, the top left area is alive and the bottom right on the brink of dying:

The same pattern run with multistate LtL (which I assume you're going to prefer):

I might download Life32 later tonight to see what's actually going on with its theme (and also test the theme for Java Square Cell).

Caterer appears to match Golly in that it goes from Red to Yellow - rather than Yellow to Red.

Still, the colours caterer uses don't seem to be pure 255 0 0 red or 255 255 0 yellow.

Something a bit closer to Catagolue's theme:

Can the Help buttons also be made to be more spread out and at the bottom of the screen, instead of all clustered at the right?

Multistate colours also appear to be predefined, so those may also be a problem.

I'll check out Life32 now.

Life32 with default settings (since you can customize stuff, which probably resulted in those different images):
x = 16, y = 16, rule = b02468s1357
ooooboobobooobbo$
obobbbobbbbbobbo$
booooobbbboooobb$

On that topic, customising themes within LifeViewer itself could be cool. Probably not a priority though.

Bug(?): The gridmajor period command seems to work fine in build 282 here, but not in build 290 on the /viewer page.

Not a fan of the current mono theme generations palette, here's one I think is better:

x = 16, y = 10, rule = 24/24/128:S192
9.D5.I$4.A3.EFE$3.BAB2.GFG.HI$2.2ABCF.3H2.H$2AB3D2GH.I2.I$2ABDCEGCH$
2.3BEDB2FHI$2.A.ADBCFHFH$8.EDGF$8.DCE!
[[ COLOR ALIVE 255 255 255 COLOR DEAD 0 0 0 COLOR DYING 255 255 255 COLOR DYINGRAMP 0 0 0 COLOR BACKGROUND 0 0 0 ]]

Similar opinion on Inverse Theme.

Something a bit better for MCell Generations:

If we could define a gradient across multiple different colours and have these colours be fixed for specific state numbers we could probably hit it bang on, but that's not priority.

This is definitely better. Can we have them laid out with four on the top and three on the bottom, instead of just a stack of seven? (It could be made into a perfect 4x2 if we move the Help/Exit Help button into the end of the list of topics when the help menu is open.)

A similar split and menu for Themes would also be welcome by me, since a bar doesn't really make sense any more (and selecting themes could be difficult if we add more).

I might be going mad, but this doesnt seem to be displaying its dying colours:
x = 8, y = 9, rule = 23578/3568/4
6.2A$6.2A3$.2A.C$2ACA$AC.A$ABA$C2A!

Gradient through states:
1 255 255 0
8 255 0 0
16 128 0 0
24 81 0 0
32 0 255 0
State 33 is the same colour as state 1 (it instantly changes to it), it seems, and it appears to just loop through all these

I tried it but I prefer the single list which I found easier to navigate. On a related note the menu buttons position does change if the Viewer height is too small.

Not a priority but I'll bear it in mind.
