Spaces in rule names

The "Set Rule" dialog box doesn't allow spaces in rule names but scripts can set rule names that contain spaces and bad things happen. 3.0b2 but it probably hasn't changed since then. For example, try using AbsoluteTurmite-gen.py with input {{{0,"",0},{0,"Space <",0}}}
