### Re: Puzzles

`x = 8, y = 7, rule = B3/S23b2o\$o2bo\$3bo\$3bo\$5b2o\$5bobo\$6b2o!`

Also why quadpole-on-ship is more common than the tripole.

### Re: Puzzles

I think I know:
`x = 11, y = 10, rule = B3/S23b2o\$o2bo\$3bo\$3bo\$5b2o\$5bobo\$6b2o\$8b2o\$8bobo\$9b2o!`

Also, if B37/S23 and B3/S023 explode, then why is B3678/S0235678 stable?

### Re: Puzzles

Maybe the B68/S5678 transitions have something to do with it.

Because symmetrical soups encourage symmetrical objects, as a result reducing asymmetricals.
Also, if B345678/S4678 is stable, then why does B34567/S4678 explode?

Because CA dynamics are strange and not very straightforward at all. Removing a transition does not always result in less explosiveness, norr does adding one add to explosiveness.
