I wonder if that is theoretically possible. If the pattern is a still-life, then that still life has to form every single possible birth condition somewhere inside or on the outside of it, because otherwise the birth conditions could be added or removed, and so the cardinality would not be 1. The still-life would also have to use every survival condition for a similar reason. Thus, such a still-life cannot exist, as the rule could not have any birth conditions, and all survival conditions would be used, implying infinite distinct still-lives.

The only hopes are oscillators and spaceships. I am not sure if a way exists to make those work in the way you describe, but I'll think about it. Patterns like the Flying Spaghetti Monster are exclusive to certain rules, but are not the only stable patterns.

Oscillators are tricky, because all birth neighborhoods and all survival neighborhoods still have to occur at some point. There are oscillators fitting those conditions, but also being the only stable pattern seems impossible or impossible to find.

Rules that can't work are:
- Rules with B1c
- Rules with S3a without B2a
- Rules with B2c without at least one of S0, B2i, or B1e
- Rules with B2e without at least one of S1c or B1e
- Rules with S2k without at least one of B2e, B2a, or B4w
- Rules with S2c without at least one of B2e, B1e, or B4e
- Rules with S0 without B1e
- Rules with S1c without at least one of B2e or B1e
- Rules with S1e without at least one of B1e or B2a
- Rules with B3a and S3j without at least one of B2a, S2a, or B1e
- Rules with B3a and S2a without at least one of B2a, S2e, or B1e
- Rules with B1e and B2a
- Rules with B1e and S3a
- Rules with B1e, B2c and S2a without at least one of B5i, B3i, S2e or S4i
- Rules with S1e, S1c and B3j without at least one of B2a, S2k, or B1e
- Rules with B2e and B3e without at least one of S1c, S2c or B1e

Less than 25% of B1e rules have any chance, and less than 31% of all rules do, which is still a fairly high percent.
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.

What? I mean, what do you mean the oscillating ship is the purpose of the rules I removed but still had the ship lingering after removal of those?
