The p60 glider shuttle is a period-60 oscillator consisting of a glider reflected by two pentadecathlons. It was the first discovered p60 oscillator, as described in the March 1971 Lifeline issue.[1][2]
Moving the pentadecathlons apart by 15 full diagonals increases the period by 120, so all periods of the form 60 + 120n can be constructed with 29 cells.
