c/7 orthogonal is an orthogonal speed that is equivalent to one seventh of the speed of light.

On February 17, 2013 Josh Ball discovered the first c/7 orthogonal spaceship, the loafer.

Using caterloopillar technology, Michael Simkin constructed a c/7 orthogonal ship on April 16, 2016.[1]

On February 4, 2017, Matthias Merzenich discovered the 339P7H1V0, a large p7 width-19 bilaterally-symmetric c/7 orthogonal spaceship.

Loafer can be synthesized from 8 gliders, allowing the construction of guns.
