Re: RNA-computing CAs feasibility
1. I fail to have got any actual concrete NP problems solution algorithms yet. What I HAVE managed to do is prove that they can be solved within the P problems solution time periods in principles, or (in other words), basically somehow (with some unknown methods), and the proofs employed the dmd's o...

Re: RNA-computing CAs feasibility
NO! I am seriously "eager" (so to speak) for the progress of the math including future CA theories and DNA/RNA computing theories, believe me. If you feel disgusted at my sounding arrogant or provocative, excuse me. But I am a believer in Good Samaritanism, honest! I was wondering if I might be of a...

Re: RNA-computing CAs feasibility
1. Sorry: my 3-Coloring Theorem "proof" has proved to be wrong/false after more careful considerations. 2. But I'm sure you see that my Cantor/Goedel-DMd's (Doctorate of Math disqualifications) are absolutely fool-proof truths; so, the P=NP proofs that are based on the DMd's or not based on them sti...

Re: Thread for basic questions
Let me ask you all a fool basic question since I am still a mere/sheer novice/beginner in this field/discipline: does the existence of gliders mean the existence of gliders-guns? If not, which kinds of gliders are accompanied/produced by gliders-guns?

Re: RNA-computing CAs feasibility
I understand very well as common-sensical your opinion about my claim. But believe me: e. g. , dmd's are so simple/foolproof: A. 2 < Aleph0, so Aleph1 = 2^Aleph0 ≦ (is equal to or smaller than) Aleph0^Aleph0 = Aleph0 (all by the proofs by Cantor himself); B. iff Goedel logical formula is G, then G =...

Re: RNA-computing CAs feasibility
So, is DNA/RNA-based computing just/merely a kind of probabilistic (guesswork or approximation) computation? But don't the actual DNA and RNAs work on a proper/right non-guesswork/approximation basis/principle for the one valid solution instead of some optimal solution(s)? I mean, aren''t any CAs-im...

RNA-computing CAs feasibility
Are any such things feasible? And are messenger-RNAs imitations by CAs possible? Was the RNA-computing by L. F. Landweber et al a messenger-RNAs-imitation? Re: Life Imitates Sierpinski
Here are two disproofs of my previous assertion that all CAs are equivalent to chaotic/fractals-generating CAs and to Life UTMs: 1. Even neat orderly rules can give some CAs a neat orderly trait of the lack of logical gates. 2. Chaotic CAs, non-chaotic CAs, Lifes, non-Life CAs make a cross classific...

Qs on 3D Lifes 4555, 5655, 5766, & 6777
1. Prof Carter Bays says that 5655 seems to lack guns; but is it still a UTM?
2. Is or are either or both of 4555 and 5766 UTM(s)?
3. Does 6777 release gliders periodically?: Can you look on its primordial soup as a kind of gun(s)?

Have 2D-fractals-giving CAs rules 2 "variables"?
1. Do all the conjunctions of the CAs rules generating or representing two-dimensional self-similar fractals have two "variables"/factors (including a parameter) as in the recurrence formula producing or representing the Mandelbrot set coupled with the Julia set(s)? 2. And do all the functions/maps ...

Re: Can Life generate any disconnected fractal?
Then let me re-formulate my question: can all the finite-distance/area/radius-neighborhooded CAs handle all the finite-sized fractals unlike golden-b tilings? Namely, can you reduce/attribute all the finite chaos theory to the finite fractal theory as the finite chaos world lines theory or vice versa?

Re: Can Life generate any disconnected fractal?
By "Life" do you mean B3/S23 -- Conway's Life -- or any CA? If B3/S23, then yes because Life has been proven to be universal and can therefore do anything you can program a computer to do. Can "Life" mean/refer_to "any CA"? Then what do you say about my last comment on "Life Imitates Sierpinski" to...

Can Life generate any disconnected fractal?
1. Can Life produce or imitate Sierpinski carpet or something which has disconnected parts?
2. If it can, does that mean all fractals are some kinds of chaotic attractors, namely, the trajectories of Life movements/actions?

Re: Life Imitates Sierpinski
I take back my previous assertion. It is true that if Life = chaos, then all CAs = UTMs, but that is not the case. The reasons are twofold: 1. You lack any prospects for the proof of the antecedent: that Life is the necessary and sufficient condition of fractals-generations. 2. You fail to experimen...

Re: Life Imitates Sierpinski
I got it!: Life IS the "fractals"-producing "chaos". Since even LG, one of the "orderly" UTMs, is equivalent to (is the necessary and sufficient condition of) "chaotic-wake" results, all the CAs are too: they are all equivalent discrete/approximated-"fractal"-arithmetic-geometry-containing UTMs; the...

Does "chaos" that produces multi-D Sierpinski imitate multi-D Life in reverse/to the contrary? I'd like to know if all the multi-D Life-like-CAs are equivalent to Life in terms of their UTM-ness.
