Re: Blockish and Blockic or blockish and blockic?
Capitalization (Blockic, Blockish) would only make sense if it was a derivative, linguistically, of capital-B Block. Since we're aiming for "of or relating to a lowercase-b block" a lowercase-b "blockic/blockish" makes more sense in my opinion.

That's the Book of Life subforum -- screenshot already given above -- about three and a half years' worth of conversations between me and Nathaniel, gradually figuring out how to patch the book together. While we're on that topic: the Book of Life™ was really good (five stars, would recommend) and ...

Sorry for deep nercro on this thread, but I think this community is smart enough not to care and my post is relevant. Re: Thread for your script-related questions
How do you make an animated CGOL pattern as your profile picture? Or do you have to do it as a GIF I think the usual way is with Scorbie's giffer.py script , but I don't remember the caveats and limitations (if any). If someone can confirm I've got the right link, that would be a good question-and-...

Re: RFC: The default public place to discuss LifeWiki-related issues
Common sense suggests that everyone who edits pages is an editor, and being able to edit pages does not imply any extended access such as deletion of pages. I think something like "page deleter" would be better for this purpose. I'd suggest a simpler route, with something along the lines of 'sysop'...

this rule isn't mentioned anywhere: R2,C80,S0,5,B2-3,5-7,P95,25,4. plz note that i ***didn't*** discover this rule. The thing with that rule is it just isn't very *interesting*. Did you mean the 8x18 unit cell with single-cell padding that is shown, or a domino unit cell?
edit: replaced "spacing" with "padding", more clear that way. By the way, does anyone know how you format strikethrough?
