The solution with the least amount of actions per person would be to get all three versions of Energetic as separate .rule files (Energetic, Energetic2, and Energetic3).

Why do you need to convert the rule name in the RLE? If you are using Golly, you can turn on the "never change rule" for pasting patterns in the preferences.
