I ran Macbi's 2 cell oscilator search with 5x13 for about a week until windows updates decided to screw me over. I got about (3/8 , 6/8, 4/16) if I remember correctly. Can apgsearch be used to catagolue a single pattern in many rules ? I would say that would be possible but we'll have to modify apgsearch to stop when the pattern gets too large.
