Since the birth conditions of this rule form a superset of birth conditions of Life and the survival conditions of this rule form a subset of survival conditions of Life, every still life in this rule remains a still life in Life. I filtered the data from CGoL-still-life-enumeration. The counts (b356s23/b3s23) are:

Also works in Grounded Life, so the answer is yes for nearby rules. Not Life though.

I was wondering about oscillators that evolve identically in Life and in this rule (hence "shared"). I don't currently know about any examples with period above 2 for this rule. The alien p3 I posted is, well, alien and hence doesn't work in Life.

All p3 rotors in Life that I've found either have B5 somewhere or use a pulsar quadrant-type rotor, which fails due to B5c. I haven't checked p4.
B5 by itself doesn't eliminate oscillator periods above 2 (e.g. the pulsar would work). b35s23/ror_stdin_test However, all those require A6 (absence of B6).
