If you don't get it, the neighbor number is intended to be stored by the number of photons hitting a state 3 block to push it one cell forward for each photon. There's also a display planned to be in there.

While I abandoned this project, I still want to do another construction project in hc0_Univ, though I have no idea what. Does anyone have any suggestions?
