This is a really interesting rule.

As I searched I discovered that this rule has an abundance of oscillators. Only one odd-period oscillator though. But when Apple Bottom searched, this P261 was found!

Maybe a corderoid is possible?
Sadly, the edge of the blinker trail is on the same lane as the edgy spark in front of it.
So it's easy to delete a blinker trail but you can't really do it without later placing another blinker nearby.
