Yes, this is a multiple-state rule. It has a p162 oscillator with a minimum of ten cells and a maximum of 89 cells, 33 generations afterward. It also has two spaceship velocities (c/2 and c/3) and a likely third (c/4) from a pseudo-replicator. I call it this because it replicates once safely, but on the second replication it goes crazy. I can't stabilize it in any way except by other replicators: the p3 oscillator family doesn't work, the lone p4 oscillator doesn't work, the p8 oscillator (the dot with tail going around a block) doesn't work, and the aforementioned p162 oscillator doesn't work because its period is too high: the period must either be 1 (stable), 2, 3, 4, 6, 12, or 24. (The pseudo-replicator replicates once in 12 generations, and the idea is to shuttle a replicator back and forth to possibly create a gun)

EDIT: A 13 by 13 filled square dissipates in 374 generations, which is one of the longest-lasting diehards I've ever seen.
