Named HTech because I am a very creative person who names things in creative ways creatively.
This rule has natural guns, an ortho spaceship, a diagonal spaceship and a few more rarer spaceships.
There are many reactions in this rule, and I have found many (however I'm still missing a P18 splitter, which would be incredibly useful!)

Best viewed in white/blue, not red/orange/yellow! (Though I don't know how to do that in lifeviewer.)

Using the stable eater found by FWKnightship, you can "simulate" the sparky oscillator like so:
