This thread is for the rule "Life on the Slope". ("Life on the Edge" is actually identical to this rule in overall behavior, but I find this rule easier to work with.) Here is a collection of various things, most of them spaceships:

Note the rakes. I'm still haven't found a gun though, but I suspect it would have to do with the p39 oscillator down there.

Yes, it did have to do with the p39 oscillator. Another copy of the p39 oscillator can eat this glider stream; I leave it to the reader to figure out. I wonder if there are any stable eaters, like in the original Life...

My solution may be different from yours.
One thing I don't get about this rule– There's two states and they have the same color. I don't get how this rule works in general.
Using logic I figured out how to rotate a pattern 90 degrees– rotate it and switch states 1 and 2.

Be careful not to create illegal patterns, such as that eater. The state of a live cell should be determined by the parity of its location; otherwise it is not a valid pattern in the original Life on the Edge rule.
And oscillators of arbitrarily large periods can be created, assuming we have an annihilation collision between two perpendicular gliders. Then, a loop comprising four guns would facilitate all periods 39n.

Cool gun! And I look forward to seeing your collection Wojowu.
I have some unrelated questions (for everyone): Life On The Slope uses a particular neighborhood as well as a particular rule. Has anyone tried different rules in the same neighborhood?
I assume that, at the very least, the author of the Life On The Edge ( Franklin T. Adams-Watters) did indeed try out different rules, but I can't find any mention of it. The only reference to either rule that I've found that didn't lead back to Golly or to the Ruletable Repository is this one:

The tagalong is very common in random "explosion". Here are few I've found in 1 min. looking for them:
