Photonic Dots (B2-ek3q/S03i45)

A generic isotropic photonic rule, in some ways quite similar to Fireworld and some of my cyclic multistate rules, such as Gluons.

Infinitely many still lifes; the most common one is the dot that stabilizes this rule and prevents it from exploding like Seeds. Some can be stacked into agars.

wow, this rule is really hard to apgsearch. I managed to get a 300+ soup haul before writing this post, which took about 10 minutes.
Definetely not that fastest reflector and splitter I know of, (I have one with rt12 and splitter rt19) very interesting rule.

that's actually not an ANDNOT gate, thats a P gate, meaning that the gate's output is always exactly the same as the a input, regardless of the value of b. ANDNOT should only give an output of 1 if input a is 1 and input b is 0, it shouldn't give an output of 1 in any other case. also the crossover gate is technically not a crossover, because in a crossover gate, both inputs should have the exact same timing, no offset between them.

I did not say it's a specific precise type of crossover. I merely demonstrated that p16 produced by easily available guns is a good frequency for signal crossover in this rule (as well as in Photonic Dots proper).
