New rule (#15): Operation Paperclip (B2n36/S2-in3)

I was playing with olife (B2in3/S2-in3), and found this interesting rule with lots of small oscillators.

The two common spaceships are glider and T, c/4d and c/5o from tlife. There are no engineered spaceships yet.

I believe it was actually on 2022-09-17 (i.e. after, not before D8_1): C1 (haul), D8_1 (first haul).
