Fleet Life - A circuitry rule

B3aijkr5j/S2aek3-acy4iz6c is a rule I discovered which has potential for computational logic. The most important basic pattern is the fleet:

It is a failed replicator, because it splits into 4 copies of itself, which then annihilate. Deleting one of the copies results in it being displaced by (11, 12)c/47 :
