That's a very promising partial.
It's already used in a spaceship, isn't it?
Marine has a non-centered Moore neighborhood and at least one gun with a very high period (11,843).
I'm in the process of reducing the glider cost of universal construction.

Do we really meed like 90% of the ship just to correct one misplaced cell on each side? That honestly seems a bit excessive.

But then we have things like the almost knightship, which still has not been stabilized to this day (Sir Robin uses a different frontend if you haven't noticed yet.)
