Deduction coils (game)

Deduction coils is a game entirely about the minimal stabilization of induction coils.
Rules:
Given induction coils must actually be able to be stabilized without removing cells.
Cells may be added anywhere, although the goal is to find the minimal stabilization.
If two stabilizations have the same bounding box, but one has a lower population, the lower population still life is the "smallest"
for example, while snake on house and house weld shillelagh have the same bounding box, house weld shillelagh has a lower population

Something I forgot to clarify, oscillators CAN be used, although only when it results in a better solution than a stable solution. If one of these is found, just post both. Stable: 5, Periodic: 3.

It appears that induction coil is impossible to stabilize. In order to suppress the birth of the cell in the middle, normally an aircraft carrier would be used, but that causes the birth of another cell, which then cannot be suppressed without directly connecting another cell to the still life. No cells can be attached due to overcrowding transitions, and I do not see any still life mechanisms to stabilize the induction coil. Correct me if I'm missing something.
