Hi! I'm a moderator, and I hereby officially Don't Quite Entirely Disapprove of this thread. Nobody will bother anybody about a harmless post or two here per day. Hundreds of posts per day, or posts that break forum rules, are of course still going to be a problem.

I can confidently predict that this thread won't do anything to solve the Sandbox moderation problem, but on the other hand, the Sandbox moderation problem isn't really a big deal except when people start being silly and [reporting each other's posts|posting things that other people find it necessary to report]. So everybody can please be careful to continue to not do any of that.

Hi, everyone. I'm really sorry for bumping this thread, please, hope it's no issue.

I need to tell you I'm reconsidering my decision to leave, but it's not certain yet. I discarded the past thread so it isn't BokaBB makes a new thread for everything.

I'm not really certain yet though. I don't think I'll be much more than a rarely present shadow here to scroll around at times, occasionally ask a CA question and have small bits of fun in amounts permitted and at most I can contribute to the productive atmosphere like my alt self from the past {censored} and try to warn newcomers to not fall prey to the same things as me.

I hope you're good with this mode of operation. Will go away if urged by moderators. My appetite for large-scale doing CA myself is essentially zero. I'd like to do something to make up at least a tiny bit.

I'll be quite busy 'til about Sunday noon at Central European Time, though with a few windows of availability for sure.

I'll be doing a few things these days here in hope of giving this new modus operandi a general outline and seeing if it is doable.

I'm interested in being friends with anyone interested. A big reason why did I trigger a massive global warming on The Sandbox from pollution is that I'm quite lonely after all. Most my friends in real life are either the often busy family, a handful of weirdos whose alignment changes as often as wind changes direction and a few others I don't overlap with much. Not entirely but that's the bulk of it. I don't really have good social skills. Because of it I mostly fulfil my interaction needs on the Internet these days.

Hey ya.

Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection is a collection of several puzzle games (40 at the time of writing, to you guys into the future :DDDDD) that's accessible via here:

It has also got ports to Android, iOS, Microsoft Store and a few more by other authors.

This collection is very remarkable and unique:it doesn't have preset levels, it'll always make a new one every time you play! It's also very customizable and you can make very interesting games with it.

Games included are in vast numbers, though with not widely recognizable names due to copyright.

Some of them:Sudoku, Minesweeper, Slitherlink, Mastermind, Nonograms, Tents, Hashiwokakero (Bridges), Towers, Futoshiki and many more!

It's by far the best such game I ever had, I warmly recommend it!

Hey ya. I don't want to force anything upon you, but I imagined this thread as a completely CA-free place and a place to keep alive the old Sandbox culture now destroyed by stricter rules. You're not here for long enough to remember it unless you watched The Sandbox as a guest about 2-2,5 years ago. I miss it so much, it was REALLY good, but unfortunately my own actions were the ones that caused its demise. I'm really sorry for this, please!

Anyway I'll let you do as you please, I used to be a tyrannical emperor of sorts making rivers of threads and posts, being arrogant and tremendously competitive, annoying people to death and advertising my rules and posts everywhere.

I repeated that on a Discord server where I practically cultivated a few friends for my own happiness and greedily censored their thoughts so the machine could keep running along with massive propaganda and bossing, this time much more effective since I was on top of the chain unlike here where there's moderators. It had mostly my own interests with a few other things so others would stay in. Basically a garden where I nurtured all the plants with what they don't want with just a little right stuff so they survive. It couldn't last long.

I don't wanna repeat anything of that, so you're free to do as you please.
