Go to the the part where you change settings like "Notify me when a reply is posted" and press "Attachments", press "Add files" and it will prompt you to choose a file. Press "place inline" to place it in the middle of a post.

The other way round (accessing the forum as Discord user) isn't true though. Why would Discord users hate the forums?
