I believe that we should make a list of patterns that represents ‘common methusalahs’.
And what’s a U-turner?
And again what’s the maxium bounding box for each ‘line’?
Can anybody do a clean-up for the current stuffs?
Of course I don’t mean that’s the most important one, but I suggest that we shall create a former rule so that there won’t be any quarrels about this game after some time.
Here’s my thought:

*There are many ‘line’s where a game goes.
*For each line:
first, a player post a region as the current region. This region must be inside a certain bounding box which is defined at the start of a ‘line’.
second, another player post a catalyst for this ‘line’ which can convert the previous region into any pattern defined as the ‘clear pattern’ or eat it.
third, this player become the player in the first rule.
*All the variables are defined at tha start of a ‘line’, which are the bounding box, the catalyst’s bounding box and the ‘clear pattern’s.
*The rule above is only a example, everybody can discuss and change it at the end of a month.

Will this suit most of you?

These are valid "common methuselahs":
herschel, B, R, pi, E, I, century, QB, wing, dove, glider, *wss, blonk-tie, LOM. (from "Elementary Conduit Collection")

EDIT: U-turner is also included now.

Whether an object is to be eaten or turned into an common methuselah is decided by the poster.
There is no limit for how many catalysts can be put, and where, as long as it doesn't form a polyplet with the active region.

There is no bounding box limit
