I will give ONE MILLION POUNDS to whoever discovers a spaceship in B4/S34.

That is impossible because no pattern in that rule can escape from it's building box.
Any cell outside the building box has up to 3 neighbours inside.
Therefore, for a cell to be born outside there already has to be a cell outside.
Therefore for a pattern to be a spaceship, it has to have cells outside it's own building box.
Since a spaceship, by definition, is finite this is a contradiction.

My apologies. I δiδ know that this is the case, which is the reason I offered "One million pounds" to whoever is able to do so. I should probably delete this forum, as it useless.

Give me 90 different reasons to find a spaceship in this rule and I might use apgsearch.
