That compound is definitely not fictional, as it consists solely of atoms with the proper count of bonds
it does look rather strained, however.
Also, here's a new fun chemical:
it's tricyclo[220.127.116.11(2,7)]tetradecane (three ortho-linked hexane rings) with all the hydrogens replaced with azido groups. Because it has twenty-four of them, it is of course comically
