Fuses are generally not very interesting unless they are either clean or reburnable.

Clean means that the fuse leaves nothing behind it. An example is the blinker fuse, which was among the ones you posted. Here is its (kind of) canonical form:

Yeah, looking at it again, I see that my post can look rude; this was not intended, and I apologize for this.

However, I don't think that the Sandbox is a place for repeatedly posting useless stuff that nobody wants to look at. After all, one can just post it to /dev/null with the same effect, except for conserved bandwidth.

The purpose of the Sandbox, as I see it, is a bit different. Firstly, it is used for things that are not really related to CA, such as wishing people happy birthdays. Secondly (and more importantly), it is used by newcomers to understand what CA are all about. There are no CA textbooks, so the only way for people to learn them is through trial and error. That's why I think it is important to give feedback to newcomers, especially focusing on notability, as it is a concept that most people find very hard to understand.

That's been said, I still agree that my comment was too harsh.
