对牛弹琴

Pronounced "duì niú tán qín", a famous Chinese idiom that roughly translates to "mooing at a piano player" (at least this is how my bovine friends explained it to me).
To be more accurate, it means "playing an instrument for a cow to hear" -- obviously a cow will never visibly appreciate your music, so your efforts are fruitless.
And a piano player will never appreciate your best mooing.

Not even the conductor.

Composers, on the other hand, appreciate very much all of your mooing, meowing, roaring whistling, banging, gonging, tingling, bubbling, etc pp. Playing the lute, the piano, the clarinet and any other instrument that produces sounds, included.

A man says, "Walk a mile in my shoes".

The World tries to hammer him in its grooves.

Can not we all agree to agree ?

So as to realize infinite possibility ?
In the Game of Life there are no winners there are no losers there are only SURVIVORS.
