There's tropical storms Fernand and Gabrielle as well. Gabrielle seems like it will go north in the middle of the Atlantic and presumably die. Fernand looks like it may be an issue for eastern Mexico, unfortunately. But it looks like it will die quickly.testitemqlstudop wrote:Dorians

Digit inherently implies base 10 since only "0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9".

When a wiki has something that is correct and you have something better (e.g. Trinitrotoluene vs 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene) and you add it to the wiki but it keeps being reverted.
That is the battle I'm having on the Minecraft wiki in a nutshell.

By the way, Dorian is forecast to make landfall in Nova Scotia as a tropical system, which is something I've never seen before. Usually, the storms become extratropical before then.

In that case, Ophelia was not a hurricane when it hit the UK or Norway. It reached these areas as an extratropical cyclone. Which is why it's amazing Dorian is still tropical so far north.

Also according to Wikipedia, Dorian is tied for strongest (recorded) landfalling Atlantic Hurricane by maximum sustained winds.

Dorian no longer posts a threat to Atlantic Canada, and is now over frigid waters with sea-surface temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius. (Tropical cyclones thrive in SSTs of over 25 degrees Celsius.)

Tropical cyclones need to be in tropical water, after all, so I don't think it can possibly remain up to Nova Scotia, which is well up the Canadian border.
