ConwayLife Skyscraper
A skyscraper built as weirdly as possible. Each person adds a floor of the skyscraper.
Floor 0 contains people mad that this skyscraper is zeroindexed.

Perhaps it would allow more people to follow the game if we used regular numbers, don't you think?
Floor 6 is completely empty, except for the mass of door handles that completely fills up the room.

Floor 8 is filled with political and religious extremists of all kinds, but all they really do is play (really good) jazz.
Edit:
Bolstering my point of not using standard numbers being harder to follow, my "floor 4" should be floor 6. This is now floor 8.

Floor 9 is full of a bunch of chopin clones. It is rumored that none of them trust Napoleon, but that is likely because Napoleon keeps yelling at them from floor 2+i to stop making their racket.

Re: ConwayLife Skyscraper
Floor 9 (same number as the previous one) is infinite in interior extent, filled with featureless, empty square rooms and randomlydistributed stairwells. The lights will occasionally flicker off, corresponding to the evolution of an inverted total aperiodic with a single generation corresponding to 25.47 seconds of real time. There are precisely √3 spiders per room on average, and the spiders behave via FermiDirac particle statistics, with more than two (a spin½ individual and a spin(½) individual) never occupying the same room at the same time, in a fashion corresponding to a system of arbitrarily high temperature. Relativistic corrections ensure the continued stability of the floor, which is held up by the degeneracy pressure of the spiders' constant relativistic motion and quantum coherence, as neglecting relativity the radius of each room would be predicted to approach 0, at which point spiders would merge via the weak interaction with light fixtures to become [REDACTED], signaling the floor's conversion into a neutron floor. There have been infrequent reports of sightings of spin3/2 spiders on the floor, but these are unconfirmed. If encountering a spider with absolute spin above unity, your best course of action is to find the nearest stairwell and entice the spider inside with candy, at which point it will spiral in a precessing fashion uncontrollably up or down the stairwell due to the ambient electric and magnetic fields and vanish upon exiting to another floor.

Each room is 8192 cubic inches, and each room (starting from the middle) has a C5th of an atom removed from it. Since the rooms are flooded completely, it will have 5x10^22 molecules of water in each square inch. That would equal 4.096*10^26, and that would be the lower bound of the number of rooms on the floor.LuxiusGOL wrote: ↑May 13th, 2020, 6:29 pmFloor C[2&,&,&,3]4 is a floor filled with advertisements, all for this notation I made.

Floor C[2?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,3]4 contains every creature possible. Each creature is off by 1 cell, starting in the middle with 1 cell, and spiralling out with every type of cell, then two cells, then 3, then all the way up to 16 KM. Each room is equal to the square root(creature volume/16). You can interact with the creatures, but be careful. I predict the HalfLife Headcrab room would be room number C[3,47,64,1249,]64. Tell me if I am right.
Floor C[26&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,&,26]26 is the inception room. Each room has 2^1 rooms, each of THOSE have 2^2 rooms, and each of THOSE has 2^3 rooms . . . and each of THOSE has 2^omega rooms. After that, you have C[2&omega]3 elevators to every fractional room, and every room up to floor omega.

Floor 10 is an infinite line of rooms, each containing a single light that is either on or off. There is a robot that walks between different rooms, and might turn the light on or off. The robot has different states, and it changes the state depending on whether the room is off or on. The current state of the rooms, when encoded from binary into a picture, appears to be a cartoon depiction of a beaver.
