There is a typo on the second to last word, which should be ,shrymov (like the first word of the first cipher), but he appears to have accidentally pressed the wrong key, appropriately enough.

This is because each key is shifted by a single space on the keyboard. The first word is shifted to the right, the next down, then left, up and right again[a]. To reverse this, you would apply the opposite direction. Note that this assumes a wraparound keyboard.
[a]: By "up", we actually mean the key above or above and a half-space to the left, so for example if you shifted zaq1 up by 1, it would become aq1z.)

Nice work! I should have guessed that it was a Japanese alphabet song, since BTS-fan is either Japanese or an admirer of Japan.

What does ⡍ mean?
What do the superscript characters mean?
What does the string ᵮod̈h\\^̈yp̈y mean?

The double dot superscript turns the starting consonants into their "hard" forms: t->d, k->g, sh->j, ch->j as well (rare), s->z, ts->z or dz (rare), and h->b. In Japanese, this looks like adding a quotation mark to the character. The ~ can only appear over syllables starting with h, and it turns that into a p; in Japanese this adds a circle to it.
(note: the reason why we have h-b and h-p is that the h used to be an f sound, and still is sometimes.)
With the table above and a translator, you can easily figure out everything. For example, ᵮod̈h\\^̈yp̈y is pa-ra-ji-ku-ro-ro-be-n-ze-n (パラヂクロロベンゼん)—paradichlorobenzene, which is in fact the title of a song.
