Let's create a CA tier list!

This thread will be a collaboration to make a tier list of INT and OT rules. Anyone can participate.
EDIT: Also, no drama please.

S - Traffic Flow
A - Pi puffer life
B - LeapLife
C - B2i3-kq/S2-i3
D - B1/S1
F - B/S012345678

B2n3-jn/S1c23-y is an interesting rule. It has a replicator, a fake glider, an OMOS and SMOS, a wide variety of oscillators, and some signals. Also this rule is omniperiodic.

I can see this devolving into drama really quickly. Maybe let's not create a CA tier list!

A rule that is definitely not up for debate:
(it's technically not an INT rule but OT rules are a subset of INT rules)

But yeah, as soon as we put LeapLife or one of BokaBB's rules this is going to become chaos.

Maybe I can assign a rule a tier that is the average of everyone's opinions, that way it's least likely to cause drama.
