Pi day is coming.
This thread is for discussing things related to Pi.
To get started, here's a cryptography puzzle for you to solve:

Challenges:
Is there a rule where the pi-heptomino has a lifespan of 314 ticks or has a final population of 314?
Is there a rule where the pi-heptomino is a rare chaotic-growth pattern?
Is there an alien rule with a known pi calculator?
Work out the average population of the pentadecathlon in Life.
Write a program in your favorite
programming language that prints the "π" character.
Write a program in your favorite language that calculates the digits of pi.
Insult ColorfulGalaxy using a new account once he registered a second account.

My twin dogs' birthdays are on Pi Day, one of them has an almost perfect circular patch of white fur on his back, surrounded in black. I would guess the radius is about 8cm, and the circumference might be around 3.144 to 3.16 (?)
