No, the two systems are totally separate. I can check the trusted flag as soon as you set up a LifeWiki account (it's easy).

First you need to actually upload your GIF, you can do that here:
https://www.conwaylife.com/wiki/Special:Upload
Then you can include it in your article like you would include any other image
Or with more options, taken directly from the wiki:

Could I please have the trusted flag? I have several novel rules, including one I am playing with for 18 years, and did some research in previously unexplored multistate rule spaces.

Done, and done! @Hippo.69, please start with just one or two fixes, and/or post something on the Talk pages of the articles you want to change. If you make several changes with no explanation, they might just get reverted. I just checked the R190 page, and 107 ticks seems correct to me for a repeat time.
Fx77 is more complicated, kind of a weird case, but I think 51 ticks is also correct, as mentioned in the
Quetzal article -- assuming very aggressive suppression of the first natural glider.

details on Snowlife are rather sparse at the moment. I guess the page to create would be
OCA:Snowlife, using existing OCA rule pages like
OCA:Snowflakes as a model.
