I think that is the most logical layout, but then the duplicate HF hasslers already in there would need to be deleted to avoid repeats.

Not saying that's a terrible problem, just something to consider when citing the original posts these oscillators came from.

Unrelated to my last suggestion: Should there be a LifeWiki page for 4diagonal? There are a lot of interesting things in that rule: Super-small C/7, two C/17s, small p41 glider gun, p32 LOM hassler supported only by blocks, statorless P90 (Strictly Volatile?), infinite growth based on the Century, failed reflectorless rotating herschel that can be supported and form a gun.

To the question, I think my answer is "No", unless someone is willing to put in all the effort to prove notability of that particular cellular automaton (including collecting and adding links to available sources related to exploring it). If the idea is just to create a short stub, without going all the way through and documenting the existing knowledge about B34c/S23 in a clear human-readable way, then it is better to avoid creating a page at all. Incomplete abandoned stubs can (and often do) mislead instead of helping.

The first embedded viewer in https://conwaylife.com/w/index.php?titl ... did=156869 currently has a very long caption, which spans multiple lines and contains several enforced linebreaks.

I suggest instead to put the viewer into a new section named "Catalyst variants" (located immediately after the lead section), and to move the long explanatory text away from the viewer caption and into the section text (getting rid of the HTML linebreaks as well).
The viewer caption should be kept reasonably short, and ideally single-line, for example just "Four Snark catalyst variants".

Also, the edit https://conwaylife.com/w/index.php?titl ... did=156869 added a misspelling (it's != its), which happened repeatedly in multiple other pages as well.

Agree, that should be fixed.
Also in the same linked diff, a couple of ZOOMs were changed away from even values, and to odd values.
Assuming THUMBSIZE 2 (which is the case there), all ZOOM values should be even, to avoid undesirable distortions in the size of cells and/or grid lines.
In general, ZOOM should be a multiple of THUMBSIZE.
