This can be fixed by using the 180-degree 2-glider House collision.
Also, by using the 3-glider block+glider one, one can do this to both sides.
(The cis version would be a bit trickier).

This is actually pretty crazy. While working on a component to solve xs21_39s0gz32gv056, I ended up with a bizarre, oddball, scenario with a B inserter on the left. The usual two methods fail:

You could use an MWSS or HWSS below in a way that interacts with an XWSS above as a 2XWSS flotilla, but the cleanup appears like it would put a block in a very annoying position for anyone who's trying to use said component:

There was the positioning of the green glider in the second step, which with a lucky collision might've gotten rid of the TL, but I tried those and nothing turned up either.

The missing step can be done with a standard 3-glider inserter on both sides. However, the same thing can also be accomplished slightly differently with only 2 gliders per side:
