All of those look optimal from passing attempts at improvements, except for p248. There exists a non-obvious figure 8 placement, which saves 3 cells from the SKOP:

For 74 = 37*2 it would be hard to beat Raucci's p74. For 555 = 37*15 there is already a glider shuttle that's smaller than the p37. For multiples of 16+ the block deletion trick doesn't work.
