I don't think there are names for them, but they probably don't need them since they can be constructed for many periods and usually are based on smaller guns themselves.

EDIT: They also usually don't have many uses outside of very specific scenarios

The old general term for this type of gun is intermitting glider gun (or "intermittent").

Occasionally they can be interesting if they're extra high period, or if they're very small and can be period-multiplied or otherwise adjusted to produce a true gun.
