Boat tie pi

Code: Select all

x = 6, y = 5, rule = B3/S23
4b2o$5bo$5bo$o3bo$b3o!
I have added it, along with three nine-cell cousins.

Code: Select all

x = 5, y = 47, rule = B3/S23
2b3o$bo2bo$o$o$o$bo8$4bo$2b2o$bo2bo$o$o$o$bo8$3bo$b3o$4bo$o$2o$o9$4bo
$ob2o$3bo$o$2o$o!
However, the edgeshootability of the predecessor that you have provided makes me suspect that that sequence requires at most eight cells, perhaps only seven.
I am tentatively considering myself back.
