Diehards

A more obscure topic, I know, but I didn't see any pages devoted to them. Here are a few I have found while dabbling in 8 and 9 cell patterns:

8 cell:
x = 7, y = 5, rule = B3/S23
2bo$2b2obo$o5bo$o4bo!

9 cell:
x = 4, y = 15, rule = B3/S23
3o9$3bo$3bo$3bo$bo$2bo$bo!

x = 7, y = 9, rule = B3/S23
bo$bo$bo$o$2o2$6bo$6bo$6bo!

Personally, I'm surprised that for the amount of reactions I've combed through the length of generations it has taken for these diehards hasn't increased that much, I was expecting it to go up at a similar rate to the length of n-cell methuselahs but it seems more linear.
