True, but I thought the goal was just to reduce the bounding box. Clearance typically matters if you're using an object as part of a larger construction (e.g. an eater/sparker as part of a larger oscillator or gun). Billiard tables by definition never interact with the outside, so they would have no need to be used in such constructions.

I haven't seen it before. This yields the following 24 trivial isomers. The bottom caterer can be mirrored, and the opposite end can be used. The top caterer can be mirrored, and also used in one of three positions, but the opposite end cannot be used. In addition, the same hassling can be applied twice to opposite sides of the engine, and that version would also have many isomers (276=24*23/2, if my math is correct).

Thank you for finding that. I had spent a bunch of time trying to find sparkers to rephase it at other periods (as well as trying a couple of p44 engines), but I hadn't found anything else. (The T-nose of a phi spark works, but p46 results in a phi spark with a different offset destroying the 50P9.
