Slow Salvo Gliders

I've been trying to find a slow salvo that when it hits a block, it produces a glider, then restores the block in the original location. Here are some examples.
The least number of gliders I have so far is 11. This probably can be improved.
Also, I need optimal solutions for gliders of each color.
