The pi+boat reaction on the left around gen 69 is a good way to synthesis adjacent bookends. It is even compatible with 3G boat-tie-house reactions, which has fifteen 3G pathways (duplicates not excluded) according to synthesise_patt_v1.2.py:

With some edgeshooting house and boat-tie-house reactions, a wickstretching mechanism is likely doable. However I've not found one.
